Vivo Z1 Lite launched in China, comes with SD 626 and Dual Cameras

The smartphone giant Vivo has now expanded its portfolio with the launch of new Vivo Z1 Lite in its homeland China.

The Vivo Z1 Lite is a toned-down version of the Vivo Z1 that came back in August, this year. This new sibling packs a very premium design aided by a reflective glass back, reminiscent of the Z1 but cuts its costs in the hardware department.

As of the specs, the Z1 Lite comes with a 6.26-inch IPS display with a full-HD+ resolution of 1080×2280 pixels in a 19:9 aspect ratio, thanks to the notch on top.

Under the hood, it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 626 SoC coupled with Adreno 506 GPU, 4GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage which can be expanded further up to 256GB via the given microSD card slot.

Talking about the optics, the Vivo Z1 Lite gets a dual camera setup at the rear, featuring 16-megapixel shooter along with a 2-megapixel secondary depth sensor. At the front, we have a 16-megapixel camera unit with f/2.0 aperture. Furthermore, it is equipped with certain camera features including a dedicated pro-mode, AR shoot, blur photo, panorama, backlight photo, beauty mode, slow motion, and some filters.

On the software front, the handset runs Android 8.1 Oreo with Funtouch OS 4.0 layered on top. It is backed by a 3260mAh battery.

Connectivity options in the Vivo Z1 Lite include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, and GPS. Lastly, the phone measures 154.81×75.03×7.89mm and weighs quite light at just 149.3grams.

Vivo Z1 Lite: Pricing & Availability

The Vivo Z1 Lite is priced at CNY 1,098 (roughly Rs. 11,400) in China and will be sold in Aurora Purple, Black, and Red colour options. As of now, there are no wordings on the Indian availability.
